This year’s Google Cloud Next could take place in a hybrid format. The exciting 24-hour livestream broadcast starting in New York City, then moving to Sunnyvale, Tokyo, Bengaluru, before ending in Munich, underscored Google’s commitment to investing heavily in its cloud offering.
In particular in Europe; in addition to a second data center in Switzerland, new data centers in Austria, Greece, Norway, South Africa and Sweden were announced. At the same time, Accenture and Google Cloud announced the expansion of their partnership, which includes the Google Cloud-based optimization of Accenture’s ai.Retail platform, new joint Innovation Hubs in Dublin and other places, Accenture’s commitment to expand to 15,000 Google Cloud certifications, and the development of new joint industry solutions.
This is very good news for the Accenture Google Business Group in Austria, Switzerland, and Germany (AGBG ASG), expanding our close partnership with Google and enabling our customers to grow their business with Google Cloud’s latest innovations.
