Jürgen Auerbach
CEO, Shinsen
Shinsen’s production processes not only include more than 1000 raw materials (each with 120 descripitve fields), but also have to comply with government regulations, quality assurance procedures, supplier qualification, and other fast-changing demands.
As standard ERP systems didn’t meet Shinsen’s specific needs, Wabion developed a customized, flexible and dynamic solution connecting various systems such as Sheets and Apps Script to the core platform of Firebase. As a result, Shinsen’s new dynamic database delivers the flexibility the company was looking for.
Michael Gomez
Managing Director, Wabion Switzerland
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Shinsen’s products were mainly purchased by office workers. In response to the lockdown, the company decided to start a new direct-to-consumer service model, using the backbone established by Wabion and Google Cloud. Developed in just two weeks, the new delivery service called Bowlz became a huge success.
